Corwin has been nominated for the TREND TOP Exporter of the Year 2026 award

Corwin has been operating on the Slovak market since 2010, with Marián Hlavačka at the helm since its founding. The developer has built its reputation through projects in Bratislava such as Blumental, Einpark, and Guthaus. Abroad, it has primarily demonstrated its ability to revitalize former industrial sites with an emphasis on sustainability and the integration of private and public spaces. Today, it operates in Slovakia, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic.

Corwin’s first project in Slovenia was Kvartet in the Šiška district of Ljubljana. The residential complex, which is now sold out, features 236 apartments and a public park covering 4,000 square meters. The project was developed in an area undergoing a transformation from an industrial zone to an urban neighborhood.

Another project in the Slovenian capital is the Vilharia office and retail complex, which Corwin opened in September 2026. It offers approximately 36,000 square meters of leasable space, and at the time of its opening, roughly 90 percent of the office space was already leased. Vilharia is seeking LEED Zero Carbon certification, which the Einpark Offices in Bratislava already hold. Once certified, it could become not only the largest but also the first office building in the country with certification for carbon-neutral operations.

Corwin is also developing the Nordika in Ljubljana, an 82-meter-tall residential tower designed by the Norwegian firm Snøhetta. It will be the second-tallest residential building in the country, offering approximately 295 apartments and contributing to the transformation of the area around the main train station.

Last year, Corwin in Slovenia posted consolidated revenue of nearly 20 million euros and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of approximately 16 million euros.

In Prague, where Corwin opened an office in 2022, construction has already begun on the Dvory Vysočany project. Here, too, the project involves the transformation of a brownfield site into an urban neighborhood featuring a plaza, shops, a preschool, and green courtyards. The first phase, which is already on sale, will feature 229 apartments. Upon completion of all phases, the project will comprise approximately 1,200 apartments, along with retail and office space.

In the Bratislava market, Corwin’s main project is the transformation of the Palma brownfield site into a modern mixed-use neighborhood. Pre-sales of apartments in its first phase began in May of this year, and construction is scheduled to begin in the second half of 2027.

Last year, the Slovak company Corwin SK posted revenue of over 14 million euros and a net profit of approximately 1.1 million euros. The Czech entity had revenue of 5.5 million euros and earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of approximately 5.3 million euros.
