Contact us before or during the contract
and we will provide you with professional advice on choosing the appropriate method of securing your receivables. We will prepare a preliminary offer (free of charge)
and information about the insurance of receivables, or
about the insurability of a particular buyer (customer).

The insurance rate is determined by depending on the offered sales volume of the goods and/or services subscribed to the insurance, the export territory, the type of payment terms, the length of invoices due, or the buyer’s risk and the industry. The amount of the deductible is set depending on a number of factors, in particular on the country or the creditworthiness of the buyer, and is set at a minimum of 10%.

You will complete an Application to enter into a Master Insurance Policy with us with attachments, including an Application for a credit limit and send them to Eximbank’s address. Once the Master Insurance Policy has been concluded, you will receive complete information about your insured buyers, including pre-paid monitoring to track their situation.

Course of insurance

The insurance is implemented by the approval of a master insurance policy and the decision to grant a credit limit to each buyer for recurring deliveries of goods and/or services over a certain period (revolving credit limit).
You pay the insurance premium monthly, based on the invoice issued after the export/sale value has been reported to the individual buyer in the form of an Export/Sales Report.
Within 5 or 10 calendar days after the end of the calendar month, you will send us a completed Export/Sales Report form with the reported export volume for the respective month per individual buyer. On this basis we will calculate your insurance premium and send you an invoice
If you did not make any exports/sales in a given month, you do not pay any insurance premiums in that month.
You continuously monitor the payment discipline of your buyers. In the event of a delay in payment of more than 30 or 60 days, you report to us the threat of an insurance claim.
