The Board of the Bank is the statutory body and the Supervisory Board is the supreme controlling body of EXIMBANKA SR.

Ing. Rastislav Podhorec, MBA
has extensive work experience in the banking and insurance sector. Previously, he served as CEO of AIG Funds Central Europe, founded and chaired the Association of Financial Agents and Advisers, was a member of the Board of the Investment Guarantee Fund, a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Asset Management Companies and, member of the Supervisory Board of Eximbanka and Deputy CEO for Finance and Insurance at Eximbanka.
Ing. Milan Horváth
has many years of experience working in both the banking and insurance sectors. He has held several senior positions at Eximbanka, the National Bank of Slovakia and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic.
Ing. Pavol Tavač, MBA
worked for almost 10 years in the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in the Hungarian and Slovenian markets. Prior to that he worked in the Italian UniCredit Group and the Austrian Raiffeisen Bank International Group.
Igor Barát
has worked for over 20 years in the financial and capital market sector and was also the Slovak Government Plenipotentiary for the introduction of the euro.
Ing. Igor Lichnovský
has many years of experience in the banking and insurance sector and in the field of foreign trade. In the past, he was CEO of Eximbanka and later Chairman of its Supervisory Board.
