Ambassador Gautam Rana, Economic Specialist Samuel Mi\u0161\u00edk and Head of Commercial Section Mari\u00e1n Volent were present on behalf of the USA. Eximbanka was represented by its CEO Rastislav Podhorec, deputies Igor Bar\u00e1t and Pavol Tava\u010d, and Mat\u00fa\u0161 \u0160\u00e1rsky, Director of International Relations.   <br\/><br\/>Representatives of Eximbanka followed up on a constructive working meeting with the management of US Eximbank in Dubrovnik, Croatia, two weeks ago.<br\/><br\/>Eximbanka has a number of common themes with the representatives of the US Embassy and a mutual interest in deepening cooperation. Discussions touched upon the support of joint projects of American and Slovak companies in third countries, respectively in the USA and Slovakia.  <br\/><br\/>Another topical issue was the prospects for American investment in the eastern part of Slovakia, which is a wide catchment area in terms of workforce, infrastructure and distribution networks.
